In an elegant lounge bar reminiscent of the Cotton Club, to the rousing notes of the rhythm’n’blues soundtrack of cult movie The Blues Brothers, barman and waiters transform into breath-taking acrobats engaging audiences with human pyramids, limbo dancing with fire, jumps with rope and in hoops.

Includes all the hits from the film, including Gimme Some Lovin’, Sweet Home Chicago and Soul Man.

 

About the company

The Black Blues Brothers (‘Edinburgh Fringe Festival Best Physical Theatre Show 2022’, Theatre Weekly) is an acrobatic tribute to the legendary John Landis’ film, performed by five Kenyan acrobats who have thrilled more than 500.000 spectators in 800 dates all over the world, including Pope Francis, Prince Albert and Princess Stéphanie of Monaco, the British Royal Family during the Royal Variety Performance and the audience of prestigious Monte Carlo Circus Festival.
